| Kim Bradford, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO Mr. Kim Bradford was elected President of the Company in January 2007 and elected to our board as Chairman effective February 2007. Mr. Bradford co-founded Catalyst Consulting Partners, a California based consulting firm that advises publicly traded companies and their management teams on executive search, shareholder communications, general media consulting, investor relations, website design, and other corporate matters, in 2005. In 2001, Mr. Bradford co-founded Decision Capital Management, LLC the successor firm to Decision Capital Management LP which he founded in 1999 as a SEC Registered Investment Advisor firm. Prior to founding Decision Capital, Mr. Bradford has been involved in the brokerage business for over 25 years, both as an employee of major Wall Street firms, such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, and as a principal in a NASD broker dealer firm specializing exclusively in natural resource based investments, such as oil and gas and precious metals mining. |

| Greg L. Franklin, Director, Vice President of Exploration Mr. Franklin has been involved with the Company since 2005 and has served as a director of the Company since May 2005. Mr. Franklin has 25 years experience in the search, discovery, and production of Oil and Gas as follows: 1998-2005 principal of Franklin Energy Investments and staff geologist for Barbour Energy; 1992-1998 Vice President Gulf Coast Exploration and Development Company; 1983-1992 Barbour Energy staff Geologist; 1980-1983 Geologist with Conoco in Houston. Mr. Franklin Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University 1980. Mr. Franklin devotes approximately 100 percent of his time to the affairs of the Company. |

| Ran Furman, Staff Accountant Mr. Furman has over 15 years of transactional experience in corporate finance, capital markets and investment banking. Mr. Furman most recently served as an advisor to an alternative asset based debt fund and a small cap equity fund. His previous background include serving as a chief financial officer of two publicly traded companies as well as an investment banker focusing primarily on the capital needs of small public companies. Mr. Furman began his career as an accountant with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Furman has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in accounting from the University of Washington. |

| Buddy Livingston, Consultant Mr. Livingston has over 30 years of drilling and production operations experience with both major and independent oil companies. He has extensive onshore and offshore directional drilling experience augmented by training which addresses the most up-to-date techniques in underbalanced drilling. Mr. Livingston has previously held the position of Vice President, Operations for WG Energy, Inc., an independent oil and gas exploration company. His primary responsibilities included planning and execution of all major workovers and drilling programs. Mr. Livingston completed the Advanced Drilling and Production Operations Program at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. He also completed the IADC Well Control Accreditation Program. Mr. Livingston holds multiple certificates in advanced drilling techniques and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. |

| Eduardo Piedrahita, Operations Mr. Piedrahita has joined Osage Exploration and Development as it operations manager for the Company's Columbian oil and gas properties. Prior to joining Osage, Mr. Piedrahita was a member of the Mark Moore Group focused on the development and operation of the Company's Cimarrona property in Columbia. Mr. Piedrahita has extensive experience as a Chemical Engineer along with oil and gas operations experience in Columbia. Mr. Piedrahita is a graduate of Memphis State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Production Management. In addition, he has an MBA from the University of Northwestern. |
