| Kim Bradford, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, CFO Mr. Kim Bradford was elected President of the Company in January 2007 and elected to our board as Chairman effective February 2007. Prior to joining Osage, Mr. Bradford founded and managed an institutional money management firm called Decision Capital Management, LLC in late 1999. Before founding Decision Capital, Mr. Bradford co-founded a boutique investment brokerage firm in Carlsbad, California named Global Resource Investments. Global's specialization was in natural resource based investments, such as oil and gas, base and precious metal mining, timber, and water investments worldwide. It was at Global Resource Investments where Mr. Bradford began traveling in South America, Central America, and Africa vetting natural resource investments. Before moving to San Diego in 1990, Mr. Bradford was an investment broker for Merrill Lynch in Walnut Creek, California and before that a broker with Dean Witter Reynolds in Hayward California. Mr. Bradford began his career in financial services in 1979 with Pension Equities, a boutique pension planning and administration firm that also invested pension monies for its clients in Stockton, California, where he was born. Mr. Bradford attended Cal State University Hayward School of Business 1974-1978. |

| Greg L. Franklin, Director, Vice President of Exploration Mr. Franklin has been involved with the Company since 2005 and has served as a director of the Company since May 2005. Mr. Franklin has 25 years of experience in the search, discovery, and production of Oil and Gas as follows: 1998-2005 principal of Franklin Energy Investments and staff geologist for Barbour Energy; 1992-1998 Vice President Gulf Coast Exploration and Development Company; 1983-1992 Barbour Energy staff Geologist; 1980-1983 Geologist with Conoco in Houston. Mr. Franklin Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University 1980. Mr. Franklin devotes approximately 100 percent of his time to the affairs of the Company. |

| Norman Dowling, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Dowling has over 20 years of finance experience, including four years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Active Network, Inc. (Active), during which time Active completed 23 acquisitions and three private equity rounds raising over $165 million, and four years as Vice President Finance, at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. "(PETCO) during which time PETCO was taken private through a leveraged recapitalization and re-emerged as a public company through an Initial Public Offering. Mr. Dowling also served as Chief Financial Officer of Factory 2U Stores, Inc. and CinemaStar Luxury Theatres, Inc. In addition to a number of other senior financial positions, Mr. Dowling's experience includes six years with Ernst & Young in audit assurance and management consultancy roles. Mr. Dowling holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, Ireland. |
