Osage Exploration and Development, Inc. is a small tier oil and gas exploration and production company focused on building its asset value rapidly by efficiently operating its domestic properties, and by leveraging its exploration and production efforts in Colombia. In January 2005, Osage acquired a 100% working interest in 480 acres in the Hopper and Osage leases in Osage County Oklahoma from which the Company currently produces approximately 20 BOED. In January 2006, Osage acquired a 100% working interest in a gas property in Hansford County, Texas. In August 2007, Osage acquired a 50% working interest in the 100,000 acre Rosa Blanca concession in Colombia, which Osage will operate. Osage will continue to pursue opportunities in Colombia, and is focused on increasing its portfolio of joint ventures with successful publicly traded partners.
