Since inception we have generated our projects internally, through grass-roots exploration both in Colombia and in the US. Our approach begins with a regional study encompassing large areas which we seek to understand very well before advancing to more detailed analysis to yield a project. We believe this discipline helps us to identify not just viable projects, but ideally the best projects in a given area of study.

In Colombia we own an interest in a producing field as well as a pipeline that services a critical link for oil coming out of several parts of Colombia ultimately intended for the port at Covenas for export to the Gulf coast of the US. We are not drilling in Colombia at this time, but are currently evaluating both concession acquisitions and corporate acquisitions there.

In the US, our model is to evaluate and acquire acreage blocks in emerging plays where we can retain a significant interest and jointly drill and develop with industry partners. Our plan is to continue to add more and larger projects to our drilling/development portfolio and grow the Company organically through the application of our core competencies.
